Granola’s Recipe

I love granola, but rarely the story bought ones. They contain lots of sugar and in the end of my meal I’m so full and need water. It’s been a while since I gave up buying this product on market, and started making my own at home. I’m happier for sure and it’s so much fun cooking it on your own and putting whatever you desire !

Method:

 

Preheat oven to 148°C

In a large bowl mix together the oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt, walnuts and cinnamon

Set aside

In another large bowl whisk together the honey, vanilla and vegetable oil

Pour over the dry ingredients and mix everything well

Spread mixture evenly in one layer on a 26×38 cm large baking pan

Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes making sure to give it a toss every 10 minutes for even cooking

Once it comes out of the oven, toss in the raisins and cranberries

Seal in an airtight container and use it at any time
