These delicious snickerdoodle cookies are not to be missed Soft and great treat for tea time or just as they are. Very easy to prepare, so don’t waste any more time and check if you have all the ingredients needed.
In a small bowl mix together cinnamon and 50 gram sugar and set aside.
Preheat oven to 176°C.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In another bowl cream together sugar and unsalted butter until creamy and sugar is almost dissolved.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and keep whisking.
Add flour and baking powder and mix just until flour is incorporated.
Finish the dough with a silicon spatula.
Scoop dough and roll in hands to create a ball by using tablespoonful or a medium ice-cream scoop.
Roll the ball into sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place on baking sheet apart from each other as they spread while baking.
