Light Apple Cake
Order 12 hours in advance for this dessert.
This apple dessert is so delicious and light that you will not feel at all heavy or guilty. The fantastic combination of apples with the thin dough on top makes it the ideal dessert for morning, during the day, in the evening or between meals.
Formula and Storage:
Granny Smith apples cut into cubes and covered with a thin dough with eggs, enough to link the apples together. Dusted on top with ground cinnamon.
