No bake cookies are one of my favorite choice when it comes to eating something sweet, healthy and easy to prepare.
It doesn’t happen often that we have time to bake our own cookies! This is why this recipe is perfect to get away with! In only few minutes everything will be ready! So, what are you waiting for, let’s get on it!
- You can use alternative milk (almonds, coconut, rice, soy) if you are allergic.
- Peanut butter can be substituted with almond butter.
Method:
Add the brown sugar in a saucepan and sift the cocoa powder. This step it’s important because avoids any lump.
Stir and add the butter and milk.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Stir in the peanut butter and whisk until melted.
Add the oats and stir well.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough onto parchment paper.
Let cool until set, about 10-15 minutes at room temperature, or use refrigerator for faster procedure.
