Who doesn’t love eating cookies ?!
These are only 2 minutes no bake healthy cookies. No sugar and bad fat added; and what is more important they are delicious. You can eat these cookies whenever you want: breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack and you won’t feel guilty at all. What can u ask for more ?
- You can add chocolate chips if you want
Method:
Put peanut butter, banana cut in chunks, honey, cocoa powder, salt and milk into a blender
Blend until well combined
Pour the thick mixture over the oats and mix
Drop cookie dough on a parchment lined baking sheet
Press a few chocolate chips onto tops, if desired
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
