If you are a dark chocolate lover and a sucker for Brownies, these are the ideal cookies for you. With a great flavor, these cookies are simply perfect for breakfast aswell !
Method:
In a normal sized bowl add : sugar, baking powder, cocoa, eggs and butter and stir them together
Add the flour and mix them together
Form a ball with the dough
Take a cooking paper and wrap the dough
Leave it in the fridge for at least one hour
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside
Coat the working table with corn oil and put the dough in the center of the table
Dye the other hand of the dough with corn oil
Open the dough with rolling pin (1-1.5 cm thick)
Cut the dough with a cookie cuter
Bake cookies for 7-10 minutes (no longer). Otherwise you won’t have the “brownie” effect
