For all of Brownie lovers, this is a life-saver recipe. Now you can have a delicious fudge brownie batter just in few minutes. And I mean, what can you ask for more ?!
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Place the mixture in a container with a tight fitting lid
Store in your pantry
Suggestion : Double or triple the recipe and have it on hand at anytime
Additional Ingredients Needed For Brownie :
280 gram Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
113 gram cup of Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
How To Make The Brownie :
Preheat oven to 176°C
Line with parchment paper or butter a 20×20 cm baking pan and set aside
Melt the butter and chocolate together to a saucepan
Transfer the mixture into a large bowl
Let it cool slightly, but keep on stirring time after time
Add the eggs and beat together
If you have on hands one batch of dry mixture add it all to the bowl and mix until combined (if you doubled or tripled the amount of brownie mix, use only 560 gram)
Add the mixture in baking pan
Bake for 40 minutes
Cool before serving
