Homemade Chocolate Cake Mix

Before I start describing today’s recipe I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year. Hope you’ll have a great year filled with love and success. Work hard and make your dreams come true !

Lately I’ve been using homemade cake mixes. So easy to make and you can have them anytime in hand. Why spend money on some store bought cake mixes while you can do your own from starch. So when a friend comes at your place you have the solution. It’s been a life-saver for me, so I’m sure it will be for you too.
You can store these mixes for several months, as long as they are stored in proper way. I strongly suggest you to use glass containers instead of plastic.
These mixes are not only the perfect solution to almost everything, but also a great gift to your beloved ones. I prefer making gifts to my friends and family during January instead of December, that’s the reason why I’m sharing such articles during this month. I think it’s better if you start a fresh new year with presents and great memories to start with. Plus nobody expects such things first days of January. You can gift the container filled with the cake mix and make sure to leave a note with additional ingredients needed to make the cake and also the procedure. You can gift it just like that, or if you want to take it to the next level you can put the container in a basket along with the additional ingredients and some extra ones for the decoration or frosting. Just be creative and I’m sure you’ll make someone very happy !
