Soup in my home has always been a very important plate and rarely missed. The recipes are endless and can never think that you have tried enough.
This is a simple, quick and healthy recipe; chicken soup with vegetables.
- The amount of vegetables can be changed as desired
- Feel free to add different spices
- You can add cauliflower aswell to the soup
Method:
Cut the chicken breast into average cubics
Grate in long pieces carrots and zucchini
In a cooking pot add the chicken, salt and olive oil
Stir for few minutes
Add grated carrots and zucchini along with 1.5 liters of water
Let it boil until the ingredients are boiled
Add panna while stirring the soup
Keep boiling for few more second
Turn of the heat
Add parsley and lemon as much as you want
