There are 3 types of brownies: cake brownie, chewy brownie and fudge brownie. I think mine is the fourth type (haha). My brownie looks like chocolate molten lava cake (when hot) and fudge brownie (when cold), a really nice combination.
- If you’re brownie looks shaky when you take it out of the oven, don’t freak out it’s normal
- Make sure to cool completely before serving, otherwise it won’t cut into clean slices
- You can serve these slices with vanilla ice cream, strawberries or whipped cream

Method:
Preheat oven to 175°C
Mix together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
In a bowl whisk together butter and sugar until smooth
Add one by one the eggs while mixing
Add the melted chocolate and after mixing add the dry ingredients
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes
Prepare the ganache (5 minutes before taking out of the oven the brownie) : Put in a stew-pan whipping cream and let it boil. Add the chocolate and mix them together
Pour the warm ganache into freshly baked brownie evenly and let it cool completely
Store in fridge for 1 up 2 hours and you’re ready to serve it
