Royal Icing Recipe
Super simple, it takes just a few minutes and you can decorate any cookie you want !
Add the egg whites in a bowl and in medium speed mix until frothy
Decrease the speed to low and slowly add the icing sugar. Increase the speed to medium high and whisk for about 2 to 3 minutes or until he icing is smooth, shiny and thick
Place the royal icing in a piping bag (or a regular plastic bag, no need for fancy equipment) and decorate any kind of cookie. Here are the steps to make the filling easier and if you’re using a normal plastic bag how to do it
Cut just a really small piece of the plastic bag
