Raspberry Cheesecake
Order 24 hours in advance for this dessert.
A cold (not baked) version of cheesecake. The raspberry puree makes a very interesting twist between sweet and tart flavor.
Formula and Storage:
Biscuit and unsalted butter base, followed by a cold cream cheese mixture, and topped with raspberry puree.
*Allergy Advice: Contains gluten, lactose. All our desserts are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, milk, sesame and gluten are used. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
Store in the refrigerator (cooling section) between 2-10°C.

If you wish for our goodies to be delivered to you, we provide a Taxi service; a fee charged according to the Taxi company’s official fees. Transportation is provided via taxi as our desserts are delicate and too dear to be transported with another option.
