Since the winter holidays bring us together to celebrate, I wanted to share with you a special alcoholic recipe which so easy to make at home.

Chocolate Vodka is one of the most special products by Wedel. It is produced in an artisanal method and served only at Wedel Chocolate Lounge in Poland. That is why I decided to bring it closer to our houses.

With just a few ingredients which you can easily find in the store, you and this drink can be the talk of the evening!

Ingredients:

150 grams dark Wedel chocolate

600 ml Vodka

Add as desired: vanilla stick, cinnamon stick, 15 ml express coffee

*one sterilized glass bottle or jar

Method:

Break the Wedel chocolate in small pieces and melt it in bain-marie (make sure that the bowl does not touch the hot water).

As soon as the chocolate is melted completely remove from the heat and add the vodka.

Mix with a whisk making sure the two ingredients are fully integrated in each other.

Add the third ingredient (as desired) and then pour in a sterilized glass bottle or jar.

Store in the freezer and shake the bottle from time to time.

This beverage can be consumed as such or used as an ingredient in different cocktails.
