Heart Shaped Chocolates


Few days ago Eranda(my sister) came up with the idea of having our own flavored chocolates. Chocolate is very fun to play with, because it is very easy to work with. Plus everybody loves it right?! We decided to go for two main flavors: coconut flakes and Disaronno, and of course the original and pure dark chocolate.

You can use any rubber mould, depending on your wish and aim, but we decided to collect all our heart-shaped rubber moulds, and have a chocolate hearts galore!

Method :


You should first melt your chocolate and then divide it in as many parts as you want to work on. We divided the whole mass on three parts (one for each, dark chocolate only, coconut flakes and Disaronno)

On one of the parts add the coconut flakes and mix it well, and on the other add as much Disaronno as you like, but make sure to work fast with it, because the alcohol makes the chocolate become compact very soon

Then add each melted flavored chocolate to your pastry bag and apply each on the rubber moulds

After finishing, add the chocolates on the fridge and in two hours your chocolate will be ready!
