Gluten Free Vegan Avocado Chocolate Pudding
Thanks to one of the regular readers of Kikiliciouss, I was reminded that I still had not posted my chocolate pudding. This is a different recipe from the classic ones, where the main ingredients are milk, chocolate, starch, etc.
This pudding is a no cook recipe, you need only a food processor or blender and you’ll have it prepared in few seconds. Avocado is the main ingredient of this recipe, making it healthy, smooth, creamy and silky. It should be mentioned that this recipe is gluten free and vegan if you use alternative milk.
- Weigh the avocados after removing the skin and core.
- The regular milk can be substituted with almond, coconut, oatmeal or soy milk; turning this recipe into a vegan one. Add more milk if you want your pudding less thick (mine is super thick).
- Instead of using maple syrup you can use honey. Increase the amount of this ingredient in case you prefer it sweeter.
- Best way to serve it is with berries or exotic fruits.
Method:
Place all ingredients on a food processor/blender and blend until pudding.
