Double Strawberry Semifreddo

Perfect dessert for hot summer days. Simple to make and no need for an ice-cream machine. How awesome is that ?!

Method:

 

Cut the fresh strawberries and Haribo in really small pieces

Combine them together in a bowl and let them rest in fridge

In a large bowl, whisk the whipping cream till soft peaks

Let it chill in fridge

In a clean normal bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form

Start adding sugar

Combine until meringue (dense, thick and shiny)

In a large bowl, or in the whipping cream bowl stir in the chopped strawberries and mix together

Add the eggs whites and stir in

Put the measure in a bowl with a lid

Let it freeze in your freezer for at least 8 hours
